The LPP TEAM CHECK is part of the certification process for our BIG FIVE personality test. The TEAM CHECK is based on the results of the LPP and provides a detailed overview of a team’s personality traits (based on the BIG FIVE), motivations, and competencies.
The results report also shows how different personality traits shape team behavior and influence key focus areas. It also reveals which aspects can motivate or demotivate the team and how well the team is equipped to handle various tasks based on its personality structure.
In a team development workshop, the TEAM CHECK can be used to facilitate, for example, resource-oriented team development or solution-oriented conflict management.
